Mentor, Trainer – from zero to Junior Java Developer
My experience allows me to help others change their current occupation to a Software Developer, especially a Junior Java Developer. I have been working as a mentor for future Junior Java Developers for 6 years.
I’ve worked for over 18 years in the IT industry. For 12 years I worked as an IT consultant mainly in Java programming language.
I also run small commercial projects in small teams which allows gaining real experience, unlike similar training projects. The work is like the Junior Java Developer position: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

People are most important to me, technology is just a tool. I'm the type of person who solves problems rather than looking for them. I have experience in teaching others.
